"Εἰς ανάρρωσιν Αλ. Μπενάτση!"

Ο αρχηγός της πάλαι ποτέ Γιαννιώτικης αρμάδας στην Α΄ Εθνική!

Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα ο Αλέξανδρος Μπενάτσης είχε μία μικρή περιπέτεια υγείας, αλλά οι φίλοι του δεν τον ξέχασαν! Βρήκαν μάλιστα αυτό το ατυχές γεγονός ως ευκαιρία, ώστε να μαζευτούν στο Σύλλογο Ιωαννιτών Σκακιστών και να διοργανώσουν δύο σύντομα τουρνουά blitz. Σε αυτά (όπως πληροφορήθηκα) ξεχώρισε η επιστροφή του Άλκη Συγκούνα, η παρουσία της ταχύτατα εξελισσόμενης Μιράντας Γιούτσου και η πολύ καλή απόδοση του Αλέξη Παπαθανασίου, ο οποίος κέρδισε το πρώτο και κατέλαβε τη δεύτερη θέση στο άλλο. Για την ιστορία δεν κρατήθηκε καμία από τις παρτίδες που παίχτηκαν εκείνο το Σ/Κ, οπότε δημοσιεύουμε σήμερα μία περυσινή επιτυχία του Αλέξη, ο οποίος περίπου ένα χρόνο πριν (31/05/2014) κέρδισε σε σιμουλτανέ την Άννα Μαρία Μπότσαρη, μία από τις κορυφαίες γυναικείες παρουσίες στο σκάκι.

Ή όπως λέμε εδώ στα Γιάννενα: "Δημιουργικότητα λόγω αναγκαιότητας!" Αυτή την αίσθηση είχα βλέποντας την παρτίδα που μου έστειλε πριν λίγο ο Αλέξης (Παπαθανασίου). Δεν έχει παίξει το ίδιο καλά με την προηγούμενη παρτίδα που δημοσίευσα, ωστόσο δεν παύει να είναι μία ενδιαφέρουσα μάχη με τα όποια λάθη που έκαναν και οι δύο παίκτες.
